Epaulet
Full Court High Museum Calf Gold Trainer

$325.00

These museum calf sneakers are overcuts from a preorder event. A very limited quantity are available now as open stock.

Genuine Ilcea Radica Calfskin (a.k.a. Museum Calf holds a high seat in the pantheon of shoe leathers. Crafted in Italy, this legendary leather is known for its unique marbling and subtle cloudy appearance. The signature effect is achieved by a light sponging of the leather immediately after an aniline bath, while the skin is still wet. The treatment allows the color to penetrate the hide, as opposed to remaining on the surface. The final effect has eye-catching depth and remarkable sophistication.

The Full Court High is our minimal and luxurious take on basketball sneakers of the 1980's. With seven blind eyelets, it laces securely over the ankle - and padding in both the top collar and the tongue allows for a precise and comfortable fit when fully laced down. This versatile shape is crafted in the same gorgeous materials that we're known for - yielding a old-school design with leather quality that's far beyond anything that you remember.

This particular museum calf trainer is made in the handsome Gold colorway.

Epaulet Trainers perfectly compliment the casual side of our collection. We're confident that they are the best product on the market at anything approaching this price. They'll wear in beautifully, and we believe you'll find them to be some of the most comfortable shoes that you have ever worn.

SIZING
Epaulet Full Court High Trainers run true to size, and generally run consistent with Epaulet Tennis Trainers. If you typically wear a 10D in dress shoes, then we recommend ordering a US10 in these. For a comparison to our dress shoes, this size would correspond to a 10D in the Alden Aberdeen last, a 9.5D in the Alden Barrie or Tru-Balance last, and a 9UK in most Carmina lasts. Many of our customers also tend to wear the same size in these as they would in a Converse Jack Purcell or Vans Authentic - which can be a useful comparison for getting fitted locally.
